Winter in the mallee does not involve snow – unless you’re at kinder - then you can make your own!
Actually, I thought this was a bit of a gimmick – but then a parent bought some for their child and we tried it out – the process of changing from a powder to the solid snow was intriguing from a sensory point of view – and then the actual “snow’ was even more intriguing. It also appeals to children who may not like getting their hands messy – snow is clean!
…. and the eskimoes (or inuit) and polar bears quickly got into the act – and had all sorts of adventures – a popular one being covered with snow and needing to be rescued by the huskies.
So much potential in a little bottle of “powdered snow”.
